Why engineers choose DiGiCo

For more than two decades, DiGiCo has been the console engineers specify for the biggest tours, theatres and broadcasts. Built in Chessington, Surrey, today's Quantum range runs on seventh-generation FPGA processing, with studio-grade channel strips, built-in plugins and advanced routing inside the console instead of an outboard rack. Every frame shares one workflow, so a mix built on one Quantum moves to another.

The range at 7HERTZ

  • Quantum 112: 80 channels, 12 faders and onboard Dante. At 23kg packed, it's built for fly dates and compact installs.
  • Quantum 225 and 225 DS: 72 channels and 25 faders, with the DS adding a second touchscreen. Quantum power in a compact frame for mid-size venues and houses of worship, with a Pulse software upgrade to 96 channels.
  • Quantum 326: 128 channels, 24+2 faders and two screens. The processing of the 338 in a narrower frame where space at front of house is tight.
  • Quantum 338: 128 channels, 38 faders and three screens. The workhorse for touring, theatre and large venues, with a Pulse software upgrade to 156 channels.
  • Quantum 638: dual engine, 256 input channels, 38 faders and three 17-inch screens. Built for large-format productions and theatre.
  • S31 and S21: complete packages for venues, churches and tighter budgets. The S31 comes with a D-Rack and the S21 with three A168 stage boxes.
  • Stage racks: SD-Rack, SD-Mini Rack and SD-Nano Rack for SD I/O cards, the MQ-Rack (MADI) and DQ-Rack (Dante) built for Quantum, and the A168D Dante stage box. The 32-bit SDR-ADC32B mic/line input and SDR-DAC32B line output cards add higher dynamic range to the SD racks.
  • DMI cards and Orange Box: DMI-DANTE, Milan-certified DMI-AVB, DMI-MADI-B, DMI-MADI-C, DMI-OPTO and DMI-WAVES connect a console to an existing network without a separate bridge, and the Orange Box converts between any two DMI formats.

Buying DiGiCo in the UAE and GCC

As official distributor we hold regional stock, handle warranty directly with DiGiCo, and provide system design, commissioning and training from Dubai. Talk to us about the right frame for your application rather than ordering on spec. The difference between a 225 and a 338 is usually the show, not the budget.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a DiGiCo console cost?
Pricing depends on the frame, the I/O you need and the configuration, so we quote each system individually. Send us your channel count and application and you will have a figure quickly. Every product page has a Request a quote button.
Which DiGiCo console should I buy?
Start with channel count and how the console travels. The Quantum 112 weighs 23kg packed and is built to fly, which suits engineers moving between venues. The Quantum 225 brings Quantum power to mid-size venues and houses of worship, while the 338 is the workhorse for touring, theatre and large venues. The Quantum 326 gives 338 processing in a smaller frame, and the dual-engine Quantum 638 is for large-format productions and theatre where channel count is the limit. Tell us your input list and we will recommend the frame that fits the show.
Can I try a DiGiCo console before buying?
Yes. We have consoles at our Dubai facility and can arrange hands-on time before you commit. For larger projects we can also arrange a demo on site.
How long does delivery take in the UAE and GCC?
We hold regional stock on common configurations, so lead times are usually far shorter than ordering from the factory. Contact us with the model and we will confirm current availability.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our technical team provides system design, installation, commissioning and handover across the region, so the console arrives on site ready to mix.
What warranty do I get, and who services it?
Full manufacturer warranty, serviced regionally. Our Dubai facility handles warranty and out-of-warranty work with manufacturer-trained technicians, so nothing has to ship back to the UK.
I already own a DiGiCo SD console. Should I upgrade to Quantum?
Quantum is the current platform and adds Mustard Processing, Spice Rack and Nodal Processing on seventh-generation FPGAs. SD consoles remain fully supported and in service. Whether an upgrade is worth it depends on where your current rig is holding you back, so talk to us and we will give you an honest view.
Do you provide DiGiCo training?
Yes. We run manufacturer-certified DiGiCo masterclasses in Dubai covering Quantum workflows, console fundamentals and the Fourier transform.engine. New dates are announced on our Education page.
Will a DiGiCo console work with my existing Dante network?
Yes. The Quantum 112 has Dante built in, and the DMI-DANTE card adds Dante to any other Quantum frame. For AVB networks, the Milan-certified DMI-AVB does the same. Neither needs external conversion hardware. Tell us your network and we will confirm the right option.
