The DMI-OPTO card adds an Optocore fibre connection to the DiGiCo Orange Box or 4REA4, carrying up to 128 channels at 48kHz or 64 at 96kHz. It lets an Orange Box join an Optocore loop and convert to any other DMI format, and with the SD/4REA4 integration it allows an SD console to control I/O connected to the 4REA4. This version uses rugged HMA expanded-beam multimode connectors, easy to clean and well suited to touring.
