The DMI-MADI-B card adds a MADI connection over BNC coaxial cable to any DiGiCo console, Orange Box or KLANG processor with a DMI (DiGiCo Multichannel Interface) slot. In an Orange Box it carries 112/128 channels at 48kHz or 56/64 at 96kHz over two pairs of BNC connectors, making it a simple way to link to recorders, stage racks and third-party MADI devices.

Overview

The DMI-MADI-B card connects a standard MADI stream to any compatible DiGiCo device with a DMI slot, using 75-ohm coaxial BNC connections.

Compatibility

Compatible with S-Series, SD12, Quantum Range, Orange Box and 4REA4. It can also connect SD-Series racks with BNC MADI such as the D2-Rack, SD-Rack and SD-Mini Rack.
