Astral HH Control Rings are swappable spare-part rings that change the physical control layout on the Astral HH handheld transmitter. They let an operator move between a fully clean mic body and one with buttons or a switch, without touching the transmitter’s core hardware.

Control and Workflow

Each ring type offers a different physical control set, from none through to one button, three buttons, or a slide switch, and every button or switch position is assigned its function from the Astral HH's own settings menu. Assignable commands include mute, record, power, and RF on/off, along with an Aux routing command that can trigger a receiver to reroute audio, useful for on-the-fly talkback between a performer and a monitor engineer.
