The N-DR1 is the rack-mount receiver at the core of DPA’s N-Series digital wireless system, built for engineers who need a secure, high-fidelity wireless link for vocal and lavalier mics on demanding stages, in houses of worship or in corporate and government settings. It uses true-diversity reception and delivers 24-bit digital audio with AES-256 hardware encryption.

True-diversity reception spans a wide 470 to 870 MHz tuning range (region-dependent), delivering up to 126 dB of dynamic range. A built-in wideband spectrum analyser helps with frequency coordination on busy RF stages.

Networking and Control

Outputs are available in Dante-only or Dante-plus-analogue configurations, with Dante Switched and Redundancy modes, LAN control with a built-in network switch for loop-through, and open TCP/UDP protocols for third-party integration. The bundled DPA Audio Controller software for PC and Mac handles monitoring, configuration and frequency management.
